Terms of service

Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Jasir, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Jasir", "we"), for the use of jasir.app, the Jasir connector for Claude and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service for a company or client, you confirm you may bind them.

The Service

Jasir connects your advertising accounts on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat so you can read them in one dashboard and launch, pause, edit and analyse campaigns by talking to Claude or by hand. Jasir is not affiliated with Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap or Anthropic. Each platform remains subject to its own terms and policies, which you must follow.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is for business use by people aged 18 or over. You are responsible for your account, your team members and everything done through your workspace. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.

Connected platforms

You connect a platform through its official sign-in and may disconnect it at any time. You confirm you are authorised to manage every ad account you link. We act only on your instructions and keep our access only as long as a connection exists.

Instructions, Claude and safeguards

When you ask Claude or the dashboard to change something, Jasir carries it out on your behalf. Confirmation cards, launch review and the kill switch are safeguards; they ask for confirmation, they do not guarantee an outcome, and platforms may still spend according to their own rules. You are responsible for the campaigns you run, the budgets you set, the content you upload and their compliance with platform policies and the law. Please review what Claude proposes before confirming.

Plans and billing

You choose a monthly or yearly plan (Starter, Growth or Enterprise) and pay to start; limits on brands, team seats and sync frequency are shown at checkout, as are prices and tax. Jasir is the seller and payments are processed by Moyasar in SAR; prices include 15% VAT and we issue a tax invoice.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep the Service until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods except where the law requires; your first payment is refundable in full within 7 days under our Refund policy. If a renewal payment fails we retry and notify you; while payment is due the workspace is read-only, and if it stays unpaid the subscription ends. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law or any platform policy, to advertise prohibited products, to access accounts you are not authorised to manage, to interfere with the Service, to reverse-engineer it, or to resell it without our written consent. We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms.

Your data

How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You keep all rights to your campaigns, creative files and data. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to run the Service. You can export your data or delete your workspace at any time from Settings.

Our content

The Service, its software, design and documentation belong to Jasir or its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim for a reliable Service but provide it "as is". Advertising platforms change their APIs, throttle requests and have outages outside our control; data shown in Jasir may lag the platform and we tell you when it is not fresh. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any campaign will reach a particular result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasir is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits or revenue, or for advertising spend, and our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms, non-payment or legal requirement, and will give reasonable notice when we can. On termination your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Riyadh, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have elsewhere.
